Just email us a request to transfer at nyk@eppersontravelco.com and we will send you the form to fill out to get all the details transferred over, and let's get cracking on making your vacation dreams a reality!


Disney: If you've booked directly with Disney in the last 30 days, you're still eligible to work with a travel advisor for free! Just fill out and submit the requested form, and an advisor will reach out to you within 24 hours. By submitting this form, you're giving Epperson Travel Co. permission to take over your reservation/booking. 


Sandals: Much like with Disney if you want to transfer your booking to Epperson Travel Co. Just fill out and submit the requested form, and an advisor will reach out to you within 24 hours. By submitting this form, you're giving Epperson Travel Co. permission to take over your reservation/booking.

 

Universal: If you've already made a booking with Universal on your own but haven't paid in full, and now want to use our advisor's services, it's easy-peasy! Just send your E-documents from your original booking to the advisor. They'll create an identical booking and arrange a 3-way call with Universal to transfer it. All the funds you've paid will smoothly transition to your new booking. It's as simple as that!
